I know I was. We have taken the time to grieve, mourn and rest. I decided to get behind the mic today in a solo episode to share my thoughts on Novembers election results and how it plays a role in our collective grieving, collective healing, and my book writing process.
What does healing look like?
Healing looks like recognizing you are your best thing. Healing also looks like doing so in community. I see you sis! I hear you sis! I grieve with you sis! Healing doesn’t need to be done in isolation. We are never healing alone!
